Our belief as the Jedidiah church evangelistic team is guided by the scripture ’go ye to the whole world and proclaim the good news to every creature and he that believeth and is baptized shall be saved (Mark 16:15-16) therefore our core value as a church of God through Jesus Christ our savior is to do evangelism as commanded by Jesus himself. We have been doing this since the foundation of our church by embracing different methods of evangelism that are appropriate in this current world.
VISION
Our vision as the church of Christ is to reach out to the sinners with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
MISSION
To be a ready team for evangelistic missions targeting winning of souls to the vineyard of the lord Jesus Christ and help the church to mentor and teach converts the true word of our lord and savior Christ Jesus.
THE MESSAGE OF SALVATION
For our God loved the world and he sent his only begotten son that whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life. For Jesus came not to condemn us but to have us redeemed from sin. (John 3:16-17)
Salvation is not as difficult as it is seems to be taken, the scripture is clear in Romans 10:9-10: “that if you confess with your mouth the lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead you will be saved. For with the heart one believes into righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
Therefore, salvation is just a personal chance of any individual who can start to believe and do a confession that He is Lord and he is alive.
PRAYER FOR SALVATION
Dear lord Jesus,
I acknowledge today that I am a sinner and you came to the world to die for my sins. From now I am turning from my sinful nature and deciding to walk in your righteousness, Help me to live my life for You and You alone. Fill me with your Holy Spirit my helper and guide in all things. Help me to pray and read your word. Thank you for your unending love for me, from today I accept you as my Lord and savior.
